CMM Measurement
Coordinate Measurement Machines are a highly accurate machine which are typically the most precise way of measuring tooling and components.
CMM’s are usually situated in a stable and temperature controlled environment to ensure the accuracy of the machine and component / tool it is measuring. The CMM is also much faster and more repeatable than the traditional methods previously used.
3D Solutions optimises the use of CMM’s on parts and fixtures that require the tightest tolerances to be achieved. We have a collaboration in place allowing us to use a number of CMM’s with the most up to date technology on the market with various sizes available, ranging from 0.5m all the way up to 3.5m.
