Jigs & Fixture Assembly and Installation, Calibrations & Recertification's

Having these key skills we are able to carry out multiple disciplines of measurement which include jig/fixture verification, recertification and installation.

We currently assist leading aerospace and automotive manufacturers with there on site recertification which includes large wing assembly jigs and complex high rate production tooling. Using our metrology equipment we are required to measure all the main assembly jig features, establish a enhanced reference system, fully inspect the fixture and rework any out of tolerance features. The recertification ensures the jig and tooling is within drawing tolerances and therefore improving the quality of the product and so it meets its design intent, all of which is carried out within very short timescales to ensure the customer meets there very high component productivity.

With our vast tooling knowledge and understanding of jig & fixture datums and assembly enables us to carry out a wide range of tooling installations of varying types from small component checking fixtures to large scale jig assemblies. All installations are carried out in a safe professional manner, to plan, quality and within customer budget.
